"I have been coming to Paula for Alexander lessons over the last three and a half years. In the last year, she had added yoga therapy to complement the Alexander technique. I have learnt a great deal from these sessions. I have found her a perceptive teacher and a great listener who gradually builds up a holistic picture, rather than applying a set of rules. This has helped me to recognise the ways I respond to stress and to consider more constructive physical and mental approaches to dealing with it. I also do a lot of physical exercise but had never quite realised the unnecessary strain I was causing myself by poor posture and tension. Paula has helped me to understand my responses better and has been imaginative and inventive in suggesting ways to address these problems"
